I had a great experience renting Leon’s Subaru. Leon was a great, communicative host, super responsive. He was flexible with pickup times and both pickup and return was a smooth, contactless experience. Even though it’s a slightly older car, it was reliable and took us to a weekend trip in Tahoe and many times throughout the Bay. It was really great to have a bike rack add on option as well. It’s an older car without CarPlay and in-car navigation so we had to get a phone mount; it could be nice to have this in the car for future guests. The only small surprise was a tracking tag in the car that my phone detected. Upon talking to Leon, I found out this was actually mentioned in the FAQ - it’s just that I had difficulty discovering that in the Turo UI. Overall really great experience and I would rent from Leon again.
