i am giving 0/5 here. firstly the car has 140k miles. when i went to pickup car, i saw tree dust all over. when i sent pics to Leon(host) host said its because it rained. then next second i took photos of spider web on rear glass. all this is before pickup. on day of pickup, fast forward on return day, i filled gas until the pump auto offs when gas tank is full, this gas station right opposite to host's house. after 2 days host sent me 24$ to pay for gas. i disputed that.
now one can wonder how he has more 5 stars and im saying this. he asked me to give 5 stars right after, i ignored. quite unplesantly he sent me a mobile text to give 5 stats because host gave me 5 stars. i didnt ask host to rate me 5 and i cant give 5star for 140k miles dusty car, host doesnt care of car dust, and it is faceless host for me. never saw host.
i was busy and didnt review as i was busy but when host sent me gas bill i thought me not giving review is not fair. if you want to see surprise bills after return and drive a un-maintained 140k miles car then go for it
The guest didn't fill up the car (2.68 gallons to full), denied it, and threatened to leave bad review. The guest is absolutely right about the mileage of this 11-year-old, but well maintained car. On pickup, the guest was zealous looking for tree dust on the exterior, including roof, as if on a campaign, exactly because the car was parked under a tree on a rainy day. We try our best to provide great customer service and transparency. Unfortunately, we're unable to satisfy a dishonest nitpicker.
