Overall, the pickup and return process was smooth and convenient.
However, there were several issues during the trip. The vehicle repeatedly displayed warning messages on the dashboard, which negatively affected the driving experience. The headlights also felt unusually dim during night driving and raised safety concerns for me.
The parking brake was sticky, as if something had been spilled on it previously, and it felt stiff to operate. I also found food shells/debris underneath the seat.
Communication was also disappointing. Responses were often delayed and felt generic or copy-and-paste rather than tailored to the questions being asked. When I reported concerns about the headlights and dashboard warnings, the response felt dismissive and defensive rather than appreciative of the feedback. As a guest, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.
The car completed the trip, but the overall experience did not meet the expectations set by the listing and reviews.

The car was perfect! It was clean, drove amazing, and communication was top tier. When I’m back in town I’ll definitely be renting again with him!
