nice host, car had problem but wasn’t the hosts fault

The Jeep was a little rough around the edges but it was clean and pick up instructions were good except it would have been helpful if you told us to just get on the parking lot shuttle to get to the car. We wandered around looking for E. Radio doesn’t work but it has Bluetooth. Brakes need attention, right front disk brake scrapping. Overall the Jeep worked out fine for us.

Great experience! The host was very responsive with any questions we had. The host was also very friendly and professional.

Easy pickup. But a few issues. There seemed to be an issue with one of the rotors, ( made a thumping sound). #2 The radio antenna was not there so we couldn't listen to local stations which was also disappointing. #3 The soft top zippers were not aligned so we had struggle to fix them. Other than that it was a decent vehicle to rent for my first time using this app. I will know next time to ask questions about conditions
