This was by far one of the best rental experiences I have bad. these folks were able to provide me with extremely quick responses, and get my girl friend and I situated for our trip. Although due to safety recall reasons of the initial car we wanted to rent they were able to quickly provide us with a car swap that we loved and made sure we were being properly served and happy. Very easy going and easy to communicate with. The car itself as I stated was great. Very comfortable, smooth, and stylish. I would highly recommend booking with Primo to anyone and most definitely will come back to them if I ever need another vehicle. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience overall. The car was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly throughout my trip. The pickup process was very easy and convenient, with a clear location and no hassle at all. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything straightforward from start to finish.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this rental. I would definitely recommend it to others and would happily rent again in the future.
