Ashley was very kind and communicative. We did have issues with the quality of the car, where the passenger side door couldn’t open from the outside. Which was very annoying every time we had to get in the car after wrangling our toddlers into their car seats… the car seats are also past their prime and our 3 year old cried at how uncomfortable she was so we had to put blankets down for her to sit on so she wasn’t on hard plastic. We were also asked to detail and vacuum out the car, which I’ve never ever been asked to do in a Turo before which was disappointing given that we had a tight packed schedule and we couldn’t get to the car wash place they recommended. Overall I probably wouldn’t rent again given the issues, but again Ashley seemed great and hopefully they iron out those issues for the following renters!

Ashley's Kia was exactly what we needed. 3 rows, the option for a car seat for the toddler, and easy pickup and dropoff. Very happy with everything and if I was in Charleston again, I would rent the car again!

Ashley and her awesome vehicle could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Ashley made the pickup extremely easy, and the drop off even easier. First time travelers with a 5 month old but we were in great hands with a car seat and stroller. When back in Charleston I’m calling Ashley ! Highly recommend
