Marvette rented my EV car and failed to do research on charging prior to renting.
This is not an inconvenience on my part. After she contacted me on numerous occasions I helped walked her through the process.
My advise to you is to do your research on the type of cars you’re renting prior too. Charging
is a normal process for renting this vehicle.
I advise to not drive the car to a low percentage and then you’re scrambling to find a charging station at the last minute.
