New car. Trip was great. Communication wasn’t good. Location was shared before arrival but once I got to the location, the vehicle was nowhere to be found. My kids and I were looking crazy walking around a parking lot looking for the vehicle and just waiting. Had to call and then when they pulled up, I had to ask whose vehicle was it because the other guy was asking me all kinds of questions about why I rented the vehicle, if I’m from here, where I was going.
Overall, good though👍🏾.
