Car is great. Host is pushy and inconsistent. Had set for a late check out upon booking and he changed it upon accepting the request, then made me change it back which required more payment. Host messaged me at all hours asking if I was going to extend and/or when I would be bringing the vehicle back. I brought it back and checked out before he arrived to hand keys to. He also nearly pushed all of the buttons on my phone to give himself a 5 star review while he insisted he was checking to be sure I had already checked out in my app.
Again, car is great. Beautiful car. Needs routine maintenance, but runs great. Host is the problem here.

The blue Ford Escape should not have been available for rent. 1st I reserved the car for 8am. Was asked to push it back to 11am to change the oil. It delayed my plans but agreed with the change. After I left, I noticed that the miles on the car was over the miles indicated on the Take 5 sticker letting me know the oil was not changed. I was pressed for time by then and moved on. Once on the highway the car shook over 60mph the entire time. I called as soon as I noticed it and was told it’s okay. It should correct itself and it didn’t! In fact after a while it started pulling to the side while driving. The only thing offered after everything was a discount on a different car only if I extended. Very disappointed!
