Tatiana was an absolutely amazing host! She was incredibly accommodating, easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire rental experience.
The Tesla was spotless and drove like a dream, but what really set this rental apart were the thoughtful customizations and personal touches that made it feel special. It truly gave “bestie in a Tessie” vibes.
Everything was seamless from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better host or vehicle. I would rent from Tatiana again in a heartbeat and will definitely be looking for her listings first the next time I need a Tesla.

For future bookings, I would suggest providing guests with access to the Tesla app rather than relying solely on the Tesla key, or offering a secondary point of contact, as this could help avoid potential inconveniences and make the rental experience even smoother. I also noticed that the phone number listed for communication appeared to be out of service, so updating that information may be helpful for guests who need assistance during their trip. Other than that, I appreciate the opportunity to rent the vehicle and believe these small improvements could further enhance the overall guest experience.
