I had a great experience. The car had a smooth and comfortable ride. Also was great on gas, very clean and reliable. The host was professional and easy to communicate with throughout the rental. Pick up and drop off was smooth and convenient and I would definitely rent again and highly recommend them!

Car drove well no issues with the ride at all. But I rented this vehicle to attend an out of state football tournament with my son and upon pickup inspection I realized that something was wrong with the trunk hatchback I couldn’t get it open. I sent a message to ask the host how to open it, host immediately responded and informed me that the trunk opened inconsistently;however during the 4days of my rental I didn’t see it open at all. It was super inconvenient to have to let the back seats down in order to load and unload out luggage and all of my son’s football tournament gear.
