The vehicle was clean, reliable, and got me where I needed to go without any major issues. However, the brakes squeaked at times, which may be something the host wants to have checked. Additionally, while communication was generally responsive, some interactions came across as passive-aggressive, which made the experience feel less welcoming than expected. Overall, the car served its purpose, but there is room for improvement in both vehicle maintenance and customer communication.
Unfortunately this guest was impossible to communicate with;
Returned car without gas and was not interested in paying for gas
Did not replace key to where they got it from during pick up
Did not clean car, left drinks in cup holder.
Wasn’t a good experience.
