GREAT CAR AND SERVICE, CLEAN COMMUNICATION

Pickup was a little rough cause we communicated and asked for an earlier pick up time which was 6am and he did agree but he didn’t answer his phone or respond until 7am so we was sitting for a hour waiting to pick up the vehicle. The car could have been a little more cleaner as far as wiping down everything but overall a decent pickup.

Sorry for the inconvenience. You booked your trip at 7 AM and then texted me asking to pick it up at 6 AM. My calendar set your trip for 7 AM, so my schedule was set for around that time. it was an honest mistake, but if you needed the vehicle at 6 AM, you could’ve easily booked your trip for that time.
