This car overheated and broke down on me in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and left me stranded.
Hi Darius, we're very sorry your trip ended this way. Vehicle reliability is extremely important to us, and we regret that you experienced an unexpected mechanical issue during your trip. As soon as we were notified, we worked with Turo Roadside Assistance to coordinate assistance. The vehicle was immediately removed from service, repaired, and thoroughly inspected before returning to our fleet. We appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
