Easy pickup and drop off. The host was very responsive and friendly. Car was used for a family trip out of town, no issues whatsoever. I’ll definitely be returning for future trips.

Car smelled strong of cigarette smoke and was dirty in the back. We needed it for a trip that we could not postpone so we had to take it. However, the smell was so bad that we had to pull over and purchase air disinfectant spray, coffee grounds, and air fresheners. It still smelled when we returned it. We mentioned it to the host but they said they did not smell anything. However the smell was evident.
As reviewed in pretrip photos was clean in and out never had any issues on dirty cars as we take that very seriously. Each of our cars gets cleaned, wiped down even after guest comes back from a car wash. No smell detected, even from the next guest whom rented after you. What we did find was a lot of dog hair all over which violated our rules. Description are exactly what you got a 2022 AWD Subaru Ascent that seated 7 and all the factory bells and whistles.
