I would NEVER book with them again . I booked the car for 7:00 am didn’t get it til 8:30 am ( due to the train being stuck ) but non the less there should have been someone here waiting on me . When i got the car i smelt so bad like someone was smoking cigarettes in the car , the car was dirty on the inside, there were holes in the seat due to cigarette burns i believe. The car sounded awful when starting it up , the car was shaking when driving, when backing up it was the horrible sound and was shaking, the car was jerking uncontrollably! I hated it … it wasn’t worth the price
