The "Total Class Act" Review
"I cannot say enough good things about this host. Unfortunately, the AC went out 300 miles into our trip, but the way he handled the situation was outstanding. He truly went above and beyond to try and help me and my family, offering multiple solutions to keep us on the road.
Even though we had to turn back, he was incredibly understanding, professional, and fair regarding the refund. The car itself was clean, ran great, and was clearly well-maintained—sometimes mechanical things just happen. I’m just grateful it didn't leave us stranded! I would absolutely recommend booking with him and I’ll definitely be looking him up for future trips. A truly honest and kind person to do business with."
