Car was good. Just sounded like need updated brakes.

The car itself, ran great, it was smooth on the road, no troubles at all, a full tank lasted us 6hrs before having to refill the full amount. Just be aware when returning the vehicle bc the host tried to say we damaged the vehicle during a car accident, which we were never in, n wanted us to send damage fees to their personal payment accounts which, under turos gray marketing, they’re not allowed to do. Other than that, a great trip with this vehicle

Regarding the damage concern, we identified an issue during our post-trip inspection that was not present in our pre-trip documentation. As hosts, we are required to address any newly discovered damage. While we respectfully disagree on the circumstances, we appreciate your feedback and remain committed to fair, professional service for all guests.

Thanks for the feedback Rajvi, you have mentioned about the windshield washer that runs out and the oil coming close to be replaced. Thanks for letting us know. As we have checked, the whaler fluid did runs out and already refilled for the next guest and the oil change is almost due so it’s already been scheduled for replacement to get it ready for the next guest. Looking forward to having you guys back on your next rental needs.

Communication was excellent the entire trip. Super responsive. From Locating vehicle to returning vehicle Pesa did a great job of communicating and responding to questions and concerns. Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Would recommend and rent again from Pesa. Thank you !
