Hi, my rating can easily be a five based on the vehicle alone. This was my third barrow and each one was different. At first the name didn’t match who was handing over the keys. I followed each step prior and it seemed the man of the house set the temple of the trip. Something different than the first two. Pro/Con on the vehicle having a “AirTag” I know it was pinging several times during my trip, which I hope they know it was in good hands since I didn’t drive it as planned. I have a 2018’ and I needed some maintenance/repairs done. As far as the vehicle great condition, smooth driving, the wheels/tires might cause some shifting being on low pros, but the indicator gets you back on track. All the details in the console works, navigation, and easy to access for leisure. The vehicle was clean for pickup, but not thoroughly inspected there was a gray ladies top and bra in the back between the four original mats in the trunk space and different candy and cashews packs between the seats. I washed the twice and vacuum cause it rained in Stockton out of the blue. When dropping it off I believe I got the person listed, she respectful, nice and said it “looks good” I didn’t leave until her and the son inspected the vehicle after some check ups she said “it looks good” for a second time. If needed I will love to barrow again.
