The host tag ones for no reason, because in the other rental, I made a mistake and hit the lock and lock the key in the cold.And then you tell me it was okay, but didn't you turn around and tell me it was a $115 and just kept pushing the issue.\nI apologize , and then he says , okay , but then you turn aroun
The guest locked the keys in the vehicle, which normally would require a locksmith fee, but we had it unlocked at no charge. He also received multiple traffic violations during the trip, which are the guest’s responsibility under Turo policy. The vehicle was returned late, and he remained parked on property for over 30 minutes, delaying cleaning and preparation for the next reservation. We always strive to be fair, professional, and accommodating with every guest.
