First of all the Host was late. I had to reschedule and push back my time by three hours and then even when it came time for the pick up the Host act like he didn’t wanna give me the information I felt he was standing by somewhere watching me pick up the car there was no fob to unlock the car. The car had damage on the passenger side and the back door did not open all the way correctly. I paid top dollar for this vehicle and I am very dissatisfied. I’m actually gonna be changing my rating now to a one since I’m talking about it, but this was a waste of money a waste of time I had the vehicle cleaned returned on time and if I could give you negative one star I would give you negative one star for the way I was treated with your vehicle. I almost broke my glasses on that door and now I have a concussion that door is going to kill someone get it fixed.

The pickup adjustment was communicated in advance because the vehicle was being inspected to ensure it was safe to drive. I explained cancellation was an option if the new time didn’t work. I also attempted multiple calls and contacted support when I couldn’t reach you . The vehicle was returned to the wrong location despite my message advising otherwise. Access was delayed until arrival was confirmed. The rear hatch issue was never previously reported and is being inspected
