The car has a shaking problem when hitting the brakes and a little jerk to it other than that great car !!!

Thank you for allowing us to use your vehicle. Couple of things could have made this a 5 star ride. Car smelled like a nursing home. Rides like it needs a tune up, brakes. It did the job and once again thanks.

The brakes are practically new, and the vehicle recently had a front-end alignment. I also personally drove it on the interstate after your trip and found it to ride smoothly. We do wish these concerns had been mentioned during the trip so we could have addressed them.
