Even with issues that occurred with vehicle I still wouldn't rate less than 5. When I reached out about the problem I was responded to almost immediately with exactly what options were available. We did end up returning vehicle but I appreciate host do everything he could to try to fix the problem and handled it all respectfully. The vehicle was spacious and so clean. Honestly even with having to do a return I'd still rent from host again. Things happen and it's not always something you could prevent!

Pick up and drop off was no problem. The only problem I had was the car shake very hard the entire trip.
O2 sensor in catalytic converter bad replaced O2 sensor in catalytic converter system check good vehicle back in service

The car was amazing, was clean and smooth sailing and gave me no problem. Kenneth was a great host, answered my questions right away. I would definitely rent this car again
