I actually went through hell with these guys I don’t know if they thought cause I was a woman that they could play with me but they tried it… I didn’t know until the next day that the tags were expired so I tried to give them grace and it took up til Wednesday to get just the registration to make sure I was good… then today (10/1) driving and the car broke down… they tried to play me again making it seem like a battery issue but it was more than such…. Finally got it towed and it’s just crazy no discount no apologies no nothing…. Instead they just made it non urgent with everything

Nice and easy. Car was clean , comfortable, worked well. Clear and quick host communication.
Pick up/drop location is a few miles from airport - but was way easier and possibly quicker than regular car rental usually is. I’ll probably pick the exact same thing next time time if it’s available.

Excellent experience with Marvin! The Jeep Compass was clean, comfortable, reliable, and exactly as advertised. Marvin was professional, responsive, and made the entire rental process extremely smooth from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, and the vehicle performed perfectly throughout my trip.
