Had an issue with there being no accessible rear passenger seat buckles with the exception of 1. I was given instructions on how to locate them as they were supposedly tucked, but no matter what, could not find them or access them with ease. As the customer, an easy experience is to e expectation. I reached out and was told a technician would come and fix the situation as I have young children and cannot safely drive around with one of them having no seatbelt buckles to secure them. I wasn’t followed up with and received silence until the return of the vehicle as if they were too busy to deal with the issue. Car was fine, but the experience and how my issue was handled was very disappointing.

It started off rough at first but the host and co-hosts fixed the issue quickly! Will definitely look to re-book in the future! Great customer service!
