Upon arrival once I finally got in the vehicle, it smelled like cigarettes. I had to buy car fresheners so the smell wouldn’t bother me so much. Only the right headlight works. Multiple times while I was driving, the truck would go into sports mode or what seemed like it and make a really hard noise to where I had to pull over every time I heard it and turn it off for a few minutes. Very annoying. The car drove ok though besides all that and got me to where I was going.

The vehicle is regularly maintained, and there were no unusual noises or issues before your trip. Tire pressure was also normal at pickup, and I can’t control what may have happened during the rental.
