The car was not clean when I received it. It had marijuana, ashes, lighters, and stains and spots all over the car and seats. I’m not sure if they didn’t clean it before renting, but it was not very clean. Also, the windshield wipers were falling apart as soon as I cut them on. It was raining all week so it made it difficult to drive the car. Communication was unclear cause there is more than one person managing the account. When I returned the vehicle, they said that it was not on full, however my pictures show otherwise. I asked if they can take away the fee seeing as how I returned to the car cleaner than when I picked up and it was full, but they said no then proceeds to tell me to call their personal number to discuss cashapping or Zelle them half the fee instead of paying on Turo. I didn’t trust it and I just paid my fee. Won’t book them again.
She left this review because we charged her for gas. I’m sorry but we give the car full and expect it back full. If pictures show otherwise Turo would never have approved the charge. They check the pictures. So clearly a lie.
