The jeep pick up was exactly as described. Brian was very responsive. The only issue I had was the inside of the car was extremely dirty not as shown on owners pictures. Appears to have been left at the airport in that condition by previous users. Also, note that if picked up at the airport there is additional charge. Which was odd to me as it had been sitting there for over a week as noted by the outrageous parking fee I had to pay to exit the airport long term parking. The owner did however reimburse me for the parking fees. The owner did say he would have reimbursed me a small portion if I would have cleaned his interior for him. That was relayed to me at 6:50AM the morning of my 7:30AM flight. Not quite sure what happened between rentals but cleaning the vehicle was not a priority.
