Car is well taken care of, rented for a business meeting out of town and it was perfect for the 4 of us there and back.

This was my first time using Turo, and overall it was a positive experience. I would consider using the platform again. The Yukon was impressively well-kept for having over 110,000 miles, and the host was extremely responsive. Pickup was quick and easy.
The reason for the missing star comes down to two issues:
• A rear-passenger seatbelt malfunction that left my mother stuck until we managed to free her from under the locked belt. This was obviously a safety concern, though thankfully we weren’t in an emergency. The host indicated this hadn’t happened before and assured us it would be addressed.
• The Apple CarPlay repeatedly disconnected, making navigation and music playback frustrating. We eventually found that anyone not navigating or controlling the music should not utilize any of the front USB/USB-C outlets and instead use the backseat outlets.
I’m sharing this for the benefit of future drivers. All in all, I would still recommend this Yukon provided the above issues are noted and addressed.
