did not actually use the vehicle. I went to inspect it and noticed that all four tires were in poor condition and not safe for the trip I had planned. Because of that, I was unable to make the trip and had to return the vehicle immediately.
Since I did not use the vehicle, I would appreciate a full refund or credit of the amount charged. The vehicle was not suitable for the intended trip due to the condition of the tires.
