The host was very responsive and the car was a very easy pick up and drop off. Clean car as well. It was a good drive. The host was also nice enough to let me extend my rental time due to a last minute need. Will definitely rent again if needed.

Kyle was responsive and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the inside of the car was not clean, candy wrappers, thick layers of dog hairs between the seats, gunk on the seats and steering wheel. Definitely not the condition I was expecting especially for an extended (3.5 month) trip. It looked like someone took a car that needed a deep clean and gave it a quick 2 min wipe down. Messaged kyle to express my concern he said it was as clean as he could get it. Which is chill if I’m a friend borrowing a car but If you do this professionally and are charging thousands of dollars I’m not sure why you wouldn’t get your car professionally cleaned in between trips.
Ended up having to cancel the trip which was not ideal and is now and extra layer of stress trying to find a new rental short notice.
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle was sanitized and cleaned prior to the trip, and after your concerns were raised I offered to cover an additional wash/detailing service to improve your experience, but did not receive a response before the trip was canceled. The issues noted were a small seat stain, light speaker scratches, and some pet hair between seats that was missed during inspection. I appreciate the feedback and will continue improving inspections between trips.

The car was was dirty. I have to clean it to use it and I wasn’t happy with it at all inside. Otherwise, the car was blind. Nice nice nothing against the host service in total is bad. They charged me a day cause I was over an hour and 30 minutes and they said you’re supposed to change change an app but I let the host know that I’m late because of the traffic it’s a holiday end of a holiday. I tried to convince them to not to charge me for one day, but they charge me for one day and that’s not fair.
Regarding the late return fee, the charge was applied according to Turo’s policies after the vehicle was returned over 1 hour and 30 minutes late. While I understand holiday traffic can be frustrating, trip modifications and extensions must be handled through the app to avoid additional charges.
I always strive to provide a positive experience for guests and appreciate all feedback moving forward.
