Car quality great. Car location one we found it was good. The Turo App led us to a pin about 3/4 of a mile away from the car. And there were no messages when we arrived with supplemental instructions on how to find a car in a "parking garage" where there were at least three such garages each with at least six floors. Fortunately, we were able talk to the owner on the phone and get enough information to find the car after walking for about an hour (~2 miles) wIth our luggage
