Great Car but vehicle arrived 20 min late as promised. Vehicle was slightly dirty as soda stains was around driver seat. Also was promised that the vehicle was to be returned at same spot but gave a different location.
Hi Mason, thanks for the feedback! A few clarifications; the late arrival was due to the previous renter returning late, which was out of our control, and we gave you advance notice. Our vehicles are fully sanitized; minor surface marks can happen during transport. As for the return location, our policy is garage or economy parking; we actually made an exception to drop off at the terminal due to the delay, which isn't something we're authorized to do. Sorry we couldn't meet you at 4:00 a.m.

Host was rude at initial pick up and car wasn’t cleaned from prior renters. Other than that it was great!
Hi Kira, just some context: I arrived early and was waiting in the car when you showed up ahead of schedule and began taking photos while I was still inside. I told you I hadn't checked the vehicle in yet since it wasn't time — not rude, just caught off guard. The car is disinfected after every trip, and the pre-trip photos show its actual condition at handoff. Glad the rest of the rental went well!
