This was a terrible experience. The vehicle never fully worked properly, not picking up speed properly. I paid nearly $400 worth of extensions, before THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE VEHICLE WAS NON DRIVABLE. I CALLED TURO TO HAVE THE VEHICLE TOWED, and the host is UPSET SENDING ME A $61 INVOICE FOR GAS. If the damn car was drivable I WOULD Have RETURNED IT ON FULL. Also, TURO SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT THESE INVOICES ARE VOID. Text me, or SRND ME ANOTHER INVOICE IM GOING TO TAKE IT AS HARASSMENT AND LOOK INTO THE NEXT STEPS.
