I'm sorry you did not have a great experience and worse I'm sorry that there were things I could have done better and not be an issue in the first place. I deserved this review and will use it as a learning experience and do everything in my power to be vigilant and ensure I never allow it to be repeated. I am very grateful for your business and I'm sorry I didn't live up to your (reasonable) expectations. The failures are are function of me - not the car. She's still beautiful to drive.

I never came close to cancelling this trip. the guest called in and cancelled and didn't want to lose her money. so she blamed it. on a message she asked me to send her with some other options for pickup. she just called in to Turo Support after lying to me and told them I wouldn't make the car available to her. meanwhile . l told her the protocol required by the airport ,,,,,(involving having to locate shuttles you take and wait,. then have to pay money to be able the lot. SHE CANCELLED.
