My experience was excellent. The host was responsive the entire time, and helpful. The car was excellent as shown in the pictures. Overall, great expense. Thank you!

With other vehicle trips, as long as I submitted my license before the scheduled pickup time, it was never an urgent matter. I received multiple phone calls and a few text messages from this host with needing to submit my license immediately or the trip would be cancelled multiple hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Once i saw the multiple phone calls and few messages, I then extended my trip pickup time and submitted my license. I arrived to the pickup location to the car behind a locked fence with no response from the host on approving my extension time and approving my license. When I called the number back the host stated, “I’m sleep right now” and he’d need to cancel the trip because I never submitted my license to which I told him it was submitted. While still on the phone, there was a point of silence then I was informed the trip needs to be cancelled due to not submitting it when requested multiple hours before the pickup time. I told the host there will need to be a refund given to me and the call ended. I received a message within a matter of a few minutes later with the code to access the vehicle. Disappointed with the communication from the host and the poor overall experience. The car was great and well cared for.
