Excellent very clean would definitely book again

I ended up booking two reservations with the host in one week due to a tire issue sensor that the host fixed immediately and accommodated my. Schedule to arranging the second pickup reservation and he definitely went over and beyond to make sure I was good and everything was flowing. I have never seen a car so clean inside and out, even the touch screen had zero fingerprints, absolutely clean behind and well kept. Host was also super nice and communicated awesome. Will rent again and totally recommend ! A

This was my first time trying Turo for an important business event I had scheduled and I barely used the car until the time of my event and on the way the car lit up with warnings that low tire pressure, not just one tire but 2 and the 3rd was about to be low too. I pulled over immediately and reported it to Turo roadside assistance and then had to uber back as I had now missed my scheduled event. The sunroof also did not work either. I was told I’d be reimbursed for shortened trip but no other discount of inconvenience to my time has been issued. The host was very nice when I met him, responded quickly and the vehicle was extremely clean, down to the point of no finger prints were even visible anywhere so i didn’t understand how a tire issue like this could have gone unnoticed. The amount of time I had to deal with contacting assistance and not getting any courtesy reimbursement for the inconvenience I’ve been thru is just slightly perturbing to me. This was suppose to be a service of convenience to a client not the opposite. Thank you .

Amazing so nice and the car was so clean!! He even provided water in a cooler and a charger and phone mount!!
