Car was immaculate. Had a little trouble finding the correct location to catch the shuttle and then finding the car, however, Communication was prompt and helpful. I think the parking lots should number their spots for easier pickup and drop off(that has nothing to do with the rental) but would make the process easier, especially when you are looking for a car in a 100degree parking lot.
