My trip was great!! John is a great host. He communicates with you to ensure that your trip is going well and everything is working out with the jeep. The jeep is amazing and picking up the car was fast and easy! It is clean, and beautiful - love the lime green color!! I am looking forward to booking this ride again soon to head to the beach!! Highly recommend!!

The host cancelled this trip 8 days before it started. This message was automatically posted by Turo.
The vehicle needed a part that was not available for 2 weeks, this was a safety issue. I informed the renter well in advance and she was completely understanding and is planning to re-book with me soon. Additionally, I gave the renter $50 for the inconvenience and to help her book another Jeep for her trip. This is not a fair review by Turo at all and is not representative of what actually happened.
