Fantastic Turo experience from start to finish! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were super easy, and communication was excellent. Everything went smoothly, and I’d absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

I’m still giving this rental 5 stars because we had a good overall experience, but I wanted to share a few things that could be improved.
The vehicle wasn’t as clean as I expected. There were cigarette ashes inside, and it had a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke mixed with a musty smell. Had I known the vehicle had previously been smoked in, I likely would have chosen a different rental.
While we were on our trip, the brakes began squealing, and the vehicle vibrated quite a bit when braking, which was concerning.
The vehicle also wasn’t equipped with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, so using GPS wasn’t as convenient. It would be helpful if the listing included the vehicle’s mileage and noted whether it supports Apple CarPlay or Android Auto so renters know what to expect before booking.
Overall, we appreciated the rental, but addressing these items would make the experience even better for future guests.

Absolutely phenomenal. Matt and his wife were very nice and answered phone calls and text. Had a problem and they were available to fix the problem right away. Will definitely use them again.
