This is the second time I’ve rented this car. The first time, while I did drop the vehicle off the night before and put in a trip change, I never got notification back. Which is fine. I just didn’t want to leave it set overnight at the airport unlocked, why this is getting such a low rating this second time around is because my trip information had changed, so I was done with the. Car almost a full 24 hours before the original date. It wasn’t due back until noon the following day, I turned it in around 2:50pm the day before. I was due for a refund of $89. I messaged the owner as soon as I dropped the car off, no response. The trip notification had 12 hours to be reviewed. I texted his number, still nothing. I even reached out to turo support, they got a voicemail when they called. When I got dropped off to the airport this morning at 4:30, the car was gone. So they did in fact get my messages, just ignored my trip change request until it expired. Technically two trips in a row.
