Thank you very much, car is as clean and tidy as I received it, and gas filled to the max. Beautiful ride experience, had no issues and no damage or issues to report. Couldn’t figure out how to reset the change oil notice on dashboard but maintenance was done on it through our rental period (receipt was sent to owner as well). Great experience overall

Great car and great host! The car was in excellent condition and everything worked perfectly during my trip. The host was very polite, responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. The entire process was smooth and easy. I'd definitely rent again from this host.

Vehicle needed updated maintenance
Access was delayed because Turo requires a valid driver’s license upload before vehicle release, which caused frustration at pickup. The traction control indicator was operating normally to prevent wheel slip due to snowy conditions, and was misinterpreted as a maintenance issue. After the trip, the guest declined to pay for fuel refueling and applicable fees. We maintain our vehicles to Turo standards and encourage guests to report concerns during the trip

First time I tried to put the passenger seatbelt on, it snapped! When I looked at it, it had clearly been cut and glued. Drove 6 hours through a blizzard protected by half a seatbelt. Unethical, incredibly unsafe, and potentially highly illegal. In addition, most of the dash controls didn't work. No cruise control, couldn't toggle ABS or traction control. Wondering if the vehicle had been rebuilt after an unreported accident.
Only reason it's getting 3 stars because it moved when you hit the gas and the pickup was convenient.
We take safety seriously. No seatbelt or dashboard issues were reported during the trip or via Turo messages. If a safety concern had been raised, we would have addressed it immediately. This 2017 Dodge Journey is a standard factory model; features like manually toggling ABS or traction control are not available. The trip occurred during winter weather, and the guest completed the drive without reporting issues.
We maintain our vehicles according to Turo standards.
