Hi gave us the wrong key, I’ve spent the most time staying no way to go with my kids and all laggage, the car was screaming two hours, so many people’s are involved, it was so much stressful!!! He came in the morning, saying that he gave me wrong key!!! This is not acceptable!!! U are in charge of my life, and my family?! But this is no end, when I returned the car, he said that I scratched the left side? Where is the photo? No way I did any harm to this car!!! Give me discount or at least appreciate

Big thanks to Ricardo for renting us his Dodge for our NY to DC trip! He was super nice, easy to coordinate with, and made pick-up and drop-off really simple. Ricardo was always quick to respond whenever we had a question, which made the whole experience stress free. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly the whole way—we couldn’t have asked for better. You can tell he takes good care of it. We really enjoyed the trip and would definitely rent from Ricardo again. Highly recommend him and his Dodge to anyone looking for a reliable ride!
