Hi gave us the wrong key, I’ve spent the most time staying no way to go with my kids and all laggage, the car was screaming two hours, so many people’s are involved, it was so much stressful!!! He came in the morning, saying that he gave me wrong key!!! This is not acceptable!!! U are in charge of my life, and my family?! But this is no end, when I returned the car, he said that I scratched the left side? Where is the photo? No way I did any harm to this car!!! Give me discount or at least appreciate
