Car was dirty upon arrival and couldn’t hold a charge , when you did charge it , it took forever. Enjoyed car although it has issues and hasn’t been maintained obviously.

As soon as I picked up the car, it had a very strong smell of cigarettes and it gave me a headache on my way home with the car. My boyfriend and I went out and bought stuff to clean the inside of the car because there was stuff on the doors in the backseat there was stuff in the center console as well as we put a new air freshener in here because of the smell it took us all day Friday and majority of the day Saturday just to get the cigarette smell out of the car. I understand that this is peoples personal car, but if the rules say no smoking and clean up after yourself while you’re using the car, then I feel like the car should come to the person renting it clean as well.
