Pick up was a pain. Drop off easier
Guest damaged the vehicle and never reported it. Ghosted when asked how she would like to resolve the damage. We sent detailed pickup instructions at booking (April 19), 24 hours before (May 7), and the day of the trip (May 8). Guest did not respond to any messages until 8:14 AM on May 8, the day of the trip. Car location, host code, and lockbox instructions were all provided in Turo messages. This was her only Turo trip despite guest saying we were her "worst experience on Turo".

The Rav4 was perfect for our vacation, especially with the changing weather from snow, to ice, to rain. This Rav4 handled it all with confidence. The host provided great instructions for picking up and dropping off the car that helped make it easy. And quickly answered one question I had during the trip.
