There were issues with the security system and driving out of cell service but the owners came and retrieved the car

Excellent vehicle! It was clean, comfortable, and drove very smoothly throughout the trip. The gas mileage was outstanding, which made the rental even more enjoyable. Everything worked perfectly, and the car was exactly as described. I would definitely rent this vehicle again and highly recommend it to others.

Hard to locate reservation number and Host number causing a lot of back-and-forth on phone app. The car was great. The host was very helpful and responsive
We understand the Turo app can make reservation details difficult to find. We now include the host code and reservation number directly in our messages.
