Some issues with quality. Needs new wipers, inside of windshield smeared and dirty, seat belts not functioning properly. $12 advertised parking ticket became $44. Vehicle performed as expected.

Thank you for the feedback. We’ll inspect the wipers, windshield, and seat belts and address any issues found. Regarding parking, the advertised fee is guaranteed through the scheduled trip start time. The vehicle was parked within the allowed timeframe. If pickup occurs after the trip start time, the parking facility may increase the fee, which is outside our control. We’re glad the vehicle performed as expected.
The chemical smell in the car was way too strong. Had a hard time breathing. Took 2 days to air out. Otherwise car was great.

Car was on time for pick up and hosts very responsive. Car wipers worn out /unsafe for rain and need replaced. Seats filthy/stained, passenger seatbelt wouldnt retract at times due to missing hardware. Steering wheel covering needs replaced. This car was last minute necessity charged at major premium due to another app scheduling issue. Cost of car does not reflect quality/condition. I paid equivalent to large luxury suv with other app but wrong dates were accidentally entered when reserved and no vehicles available so used this vehicle

Good car, held me down in the mountains! The windshield wipers were really bad especially with rain which wasn’t the safest
