The car was dirty , pulls and smells bad does not look like the photos
We’re sorry the vehicle didn’t meet your expectations. The vehicle was cleaned prior to pickup, we also offer free cleanings during your trip. The vehicle also recently had a wheel alignment completed and was operating normally during the trip. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best experience possible.

Car died on us after pickup, host was not helpful in the process, car smelled like weed, host did not disclose additional fees for car pickup.

The vehicle operated normally after being jump-started, suggesting something may have been left on while parked. Airport parking fees are disclosed in the listing and during booking.
