First poor experience I’ve had with a turo rental.
Bad car smell, seems poorly maintained and host pick up was a mess. The car tank was close to empty, we asked for a baby car seat and they didn’t bother installing it (frustrating when you have a wife and child waiting at terminal at night for you to pick them up), but the cherry on the top was the fact that they didn’t leave the parking ticket for me to be able to leave the lot. Their response was that they simply can’t help. Even more they had to audacity to tell me to make sure to leave the parking ticket for drop or it’ll incur a penalty. Do yourself a favor and avoid
Thank you for your feedback! Due to liability reasons we are unable to install the car seat, which is pretty standard across rental services. Also, the parking ticket was found between the seats upon return.

“Overall, the vehicle drove very well and was comfortable throughout my trip. While driving on the highway, a piece of the front bumper/top piece came off which partially abstracted my view. It scared me as i had to cross over a busy highway to pull over and inspect. Luckily there was an advanced auto on the next exit. Upon inspection, it was noticed there were studs missing to hold the top piece in place. He was able to zip tie it down for a safe return home with no further issues. l immediately reported to the host. Aside from that, everything else with the driving experience was great. Communication with the host was simple and responsive. I would recommend the vehicle with attention to the noted issue.”

The vehicle had been driven throughout the rental period without any reported concerns, and there was no indication of a problem prior to that point. I appreciate you notifying me immediately and taking the time to have it temporarily secured so you could return home safely.
