It should be noted that you will have to pay the parking ticket to exit, that’s just a small thing… the major issue I experienced, was that the hatch did not work in this suv, as you can imagine, this was a huge problem… picture this, you get to your vehicle after a flight, dragging all your luggage half a mile, you start the blistering hit car to get the ac going, go to put your luggage in and the hatch does not open… you call the host, no answer…
I took to messaging where I was met with a “thanks for letting us know, we will have that looked at”
No offer of a solution, I asked for alternate rental, they had two smaller, basic SUVs that were hours away.
I spent the 4 day trip completely annoyed and inconvenienced having to climb through the back seats to put anything in the back, including the trip back to the airport.
I understand things happen, but to not offer any compensation for such nonsense is crazy.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the hatch issue caused an inconvenience during your trip, as we were not aware of the problem beforehand. Once notified, we offered the alternative vehicles available, but understand they did not meet your needs. The airport parking fee was clearly communicated in our very first message before pickup. We appreciate you bringing the hatch issue to our attention, and it has since been addressed.
The car was really clean. The location was right next to the airport. It was quick and easy because you do everything on the app and then you just stop and grab the car. It's probably the fastest way to rent a car. It's flexible if you have to bring the car back early or you can keep it longer. They only charge to gas it up for me plus of course the cost of gas
