The good:
-vehicle got us from point a to point b, and then back to point a
The bad:
-on arrival the vehicle wreaked of marijuana. All trip long I was fighting the smell. Never could get rid of the smell.
-vehicle had trouble cooling down. The front was okay, but the back passengers sweat.
-a couple safety features don’t work on the vehicle. BSA (Blind Spot Assist), and the backup sensors (a message pops up on instrument cluster stating they need servicing)
-wheels need to be balanced. Anything above 70 mph and the vehicle shakes aggressively
-not necessarily a deal breaker, but the entire vehicle needs a good cleaning. Dead bugs in the center console, and crusty stuff probably from drinks spilled
-vehicle needs a full service. At least a
cabin air filter to help get rid of the stench of marijuana and help cool the vehicle.
Would I rent this vehicle again? Absolutely not.

We did not notice a marijuana odor when the vehicle was prepared, but once you brought the concern to our attention, we offered to treat the vehicle for the odor and unfortunately did not receive a response. We also appreciate you mentioning the other concerns, as they allow us to have the vehicle inspected and address anything necessary. We always strive to provide clean, safe, and reliable vehicles and regret

Vehicle was dirty on pickup. Has a bad highway vibration and tire was at end of life and blew out on the trip. Several convenience features were inoperable and maintenance lights illuminated.
